PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Party Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note that for any advance bookings you will be charged a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is £50 depending.
Should you need to cancel your party you will lose the deposit
Should you need to move your booking then it is at the sole discretion of the management as to whether they will allow this. In the event that this is not possible then you will have deemed to have cancelled the booking and will lose your deposit.
We require 14 days notice to change a private hire party booking to a general party booking
Party Terms and Conditions
- You must vacate your table when your party time has finished. You may incur an extra charge if you stay longer than your allocated time
- You & your guests will be allowed into the centre 10 minutes prior to your party start time
- No balloon hoops/arches are allowed in the centre
- No face painters/party entertainers/mascots are allowed unless previously agreed with the management. All party entertainers must hold a valid public liability insurance certificate and must show it to the duty manager
- You must not consume your own food within the play centre
- All birthday cake must be consumed off the premises.
- All extra children must be paid for on the day of the party
- The party room is allocated for approx. 30 minutes during your party
- The birthday child is included in your numbers
- Party bags are not included unless stated otherwise
- Two tables for 8 adults are reserved for your party (except for private hires). Additional adults will only be allowed into the centre if we have capacity
